Are Tooth Fest crew positions paid or volunteer-based?
We’re looking for both! Some crew opportunities are volunteer-based, while select specialized and professional roles may offer paid compensation or stipends. Opportunities vary based on experience, responsibilities, and event needs. Let us know your preference when applying!
Do I need event experience to apply?
Not at all! We welcome enthusiastic, reliable individuals who want to be part of something exciting. While certain specialized positions may require experience, many crew opportunities are perfect for those looking to gain hands-on event experience.
What types of crew opportunities are available?
From guest check-in and speaker support to event production, vendor assistance, photography, social media, and more, there are plenty of ways to get involved. Tell us your interests and skills, and we’ll help identify where you might be a great fit!
Do I need to be available for both days?
Not necessarily! Crew opportunities may be available before, during, and after the festival. Some positions require full-event availability, while others offer shorter shifts or specific-day assignments. Simply indicate your availability on your application.
What happens after I submit my application?
Our team will review applications and reach out to selected candidates as opportunities become available. If your skills and availability align with an open position, we’ll contact you with additional details, responsibilities, and next steps.
