What are the dates?

How many attendees will be there?
Tooth Fest is designed to be a curated festival experience, with an anticipated capacity of approximately 225 attendees. We’re intentionally keeping the experience personal enough for meaningful connections while creating an exciting atmosphere filled with education, brands, wellness, and community.
Tickets & Access
What’s included with my ticket?
General Admission includes two-day festival access, live CE education, the Marketplace, brand activations, networking opportunities, and Tooth Fest programming.
VIP includes everything in General Admission, plus exclusive networking and connection opportunities, a limited-edition Toothy pool float, an upgraded VIP goodie bag, and an elevated welcome experience.
What is your refund policy?
We understand plans can change! Refund requests may be submitted up to 10 days before the event. After that date, tickets are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another attendee with prior approval. If Tooth Fest is canceled, ticket purchases will be refunded. Please contact our team for assistance. Additional terms apply to rescheduled events.
Can I purchase a single-day ticket?
Tooth Fest is designed as a complete two-day experience, and tickets are currently offered as full-event passes only. From CE education and the Smile Marketplace to networking, wellness, and festival celebrations, your pass gives you access to the full Tooth Fest experience.

Are there networking opportunities on-site?
Yes, the lawn, marketplace, and sunset receptions are all built for connection, not just CE. Expect dedicated networking blocks on both days.
